We cannot emphasise enough how amazing the team at co op were. Everything was so organised and professional.  Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept notified at every stage from the initial planning to the arrival on the day.  Sue made sure every detail was perfect.  We were even allowed to use family artwork on the order of service.which sue arranged with their printers for us.   So personal.  She arranged all the  flowers, even from family that were abroad.     Laura even picked up the flower cards from my house as I’d forgotten I hadn’t dropped them off,  I had flowers I took with me to put on another relatives grave on the day, Laura took them and made sure they were put In the right place.   What was a difficult day was made so much more bearable   because of Laura   and Sue’s professionalism.  I knew from the start we were in good hands.  They really made us feel that they cared.  Thankyou Laura and Sue for everything.   The Burch Family

My Brothers funeral went really smoothly and he got every thing he wanted and more absolutely first class and all the staff was caring, and did everything with dignity and respect, couldn’t of been better. But we do need to say your young lady Christina at Guildford branch is impeccably professional, my wife and I went to see her to arrange the funeral both feeling low , but Christina as this special gift there’s something in her voice that just so relaxing and calming. We both left her office and both said how up lifting her voice and attitude is , we left not feeling like we had just arrange a relative’s funeral, she’s totally professional and Amazing

Guildford Funeralcare were outstanding when dealing with my father's funeral.

Appointing a funeral director can be a very daunting prospect, as there is so much choice and so many different prices out there. But with Guildford Funeralcare never once did I feel like I was just another client, which is exactly what you need at a sad time when losing a loved one. I felt like they were, metaphorically, holding my hand through the whole process. They were kind, professional and above all caring.

I cannot recommend the service or their wonderful staff enough.
