I highly recommend Guildford Funeral care. Everyone went above and beyond to help me through the whole experience and I can't thank them enough for making the worst time of my life as simple as possible.
They helped with everything and were there after hours for me with help and advice.

Most things were dealt with sympathetically and efficiently.
The limousine was a little tired looking inside. We were not offered the option of a video link for people that couldn't attend. There was a spelling mistake on the order of service. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it either.

Christina and Stuart were always helpful and ready to talk. They also rang us and checked we were ok a number of times before the funeral and afterwards. The funeral went well and was conducted in a professional and caring manner, which was much appreciated.

I used Coop Funeral care in Woodbridge Road Guildford. They provided an amazing service from start to finish. They were professional and considerate. They took plenty if time to talk me through the options and processes. I knew what I was getting. Most all they made it very personal and comfortable. Not only was my husband being looked after respectfully they got yo know and support us, as a family. It was a huge comfort and I knew I was in safe hands. The order of service and all arrangements and the funeral were lovely. I cannot thank them enough.

Overwhelmed both, I as the widow abd the newly.trained 21 y.o. left in charge of arranging funerals over Christmas. Firstly no dates turned into chaos of altered dates, finally my husband was buried 2 and a half months later.
No compensation offered and no official apologies. The vicar, appalled, will never recommend the Co-op Funeralcare and I will never forget how very stressful it all was. Mrs Suzanne Rhydderch.

The day of the funeral was perfect ! All of the staff on that day were perfect and professional and I could not if hoped for better.
The organisation leading up to the day however was very poor. Repeatedly losing information not informing me of anything etc. And a general air of not caring, very disappointing.

Lilly and Joyce were brillant but having the coffin strike was pretty grim and your logistics were very unhelpful to sort it and also to get Sylvia to Guildford to view.

Because of the coffin strike we ended up with a coffin you could find which was a banana leaf one it was beautiful once decorated, but not Lillys fault but it was huge and too long and wide but however did look lovely on the day, the only sad bit was that we never got to see Sylvia in the coffin as it never arrived until 6 the night before the funeral, but I really cannot fault Lilly or Joyce they were brillant .
