It took too long to cremate the deceased. 54 days to be precise. I asked for a fingerprint so I could have some pendants made and this was never actioned. I was not informed that the deceased was not in their care for 5 weeks until I questioned them about a funeral, they told me at the time that the deceased would be collected as soon as I had registered the death Clearly if they are not making money from you they are not interested. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Farnham Funeralcare handled everything from start to finish with dignity, respect, thoughtfulness and professionalism - which made the whole experience go much easier, knowing that they were in control and knew what they were doing. Disgusted that I got a phone call the day before asking me would anybody like to help carry the coffin as there would only be four pallbearers & otherwise they would have to wheel it in.

Nicky at Farnham Funeral Care was a great help, however receiving a telephone call from the funeral director on the afternoon before the funeral was taking place asking if anyone in the family was going to help carry my husband took me by surprise, fortunately my two sons-in-law stepped in but felt that this was something that should have been discussed was us beforehand, they also felt that it was inappropriate for the funeral director to call me darling!
Having said all this I feel that we gave my lovely John a fitting send off
