From the very start of organising the funeral for mum, Patricia Lavender, the staff were professional and caring.
We went to see mum in Ewell on the 23rd March, she looked so peaceful.
On the day of mums funeral, The Funeral Director, Terry, was most attentive to myself and put me and my family at ease. Your men even wore Lavender coloured ties.
Julia did a marvellous job also wearing Lavender colour clothing.
Catherine has been keeping in touch with me.

After some sorting out of any issues previous to the funeral, the actual day was carried out in a very professional manner. Up until this all of the staff went out of their way to make sure the funeral was going to be exactly as I wanted and my sister would have liked to be honoured. Thank you to all the staff.

Many thanks to everyone at CO OP A&E Longhurst Funeralcare for helping my family with the planning of the funeral for my mum.
The funeral was arranged nice and quickly and everything was explained to us with regards the different options available and pricing.
A sad day was made better because the funeral staff on the day of the funeral were fantastic, and the minister they had put us in touch with was also great.

I can not fault the service I received from the start with Kerrie in the office to the actual day with everyone involved they made it easy for me to say goodbye to my father and it was everything he would have wanted

Shockingly poor service. Have had to hassle them all the time. Not the rock you expect your undertaker to be. Final straw, went to collect the ashes but both women in the office had gone to get milk so no one was available to give them to me. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. However, on the day, the funeral director, Freddie, was great and everything went smoothly.
