From the very beginning of the process, Sherlock’s were both friendly and professional and took care of everything beautifully. The whole funeral was dealt with so easily and the strain was taken away from me, leaving me to organise the wake etc without having to worry about the funeral side of things. Clive and Maria were on hand to deal with any concerns I had and dealt with things promptly and efficiently. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would gladly recommend them.

At a time when you need complete professionalism, compassion and support, Sherlocks delivered. From the initial phone call to the formal meeting to decide arrangements it was all done with utmost respect and patience. 
A special mention to Clive who was the lead director on the day. He was always there but never in the way, just perfect and such a gentle man. He was wonderful.

We had two services, a private family cremation and a Church service of remembrance in the afternoon. Sherlocks organized everything perfectly for me, cars, hymn sheets, organist and it was a sad but happy day "enjoyed" by all under the sad circumstances.

Sherlocks have been so lovely throughout, from coming to get Dad from home, right through to helping with personal funeral details. Nothing was too much trouble. They are so kind, caring and professional, you feel in safe hands. We wouldn't have wanted Dad to be looked after by anyone else.

The staff at Sherlock’s were kind, supportive and attentive. We walked in off the street and they saw us immediately, with no appointment. They stayed in close contact with us throughout, promptly answering any emails or telephone calls.
