Maria, from Sherlock’s in Dorking, was excellent in guiding us through the process, advice on the Order of Service, timings and ancillary issues. 
The proofing of the Order of Service and scanning in of photographs helped considerably.
Their representative at the Crematorium was extremely well organised, put us at ease and ensured that everything went smoothly. Very professional.

Kelly and the team were recommended by both friends and family and I couldn’t have chosen better.  They were kind and compassionate whilst providing the most professional service.  Nothing was too much trouble, we were never ever made to feel rushed during the whole process.  The funeral was wonderfully traditional as per our wishes,  and the small touches they suggested were just perfect.  I would highly recommend Sherlocks to take care of your loved one on their final journey.

I couldn't have been supported more in my time of grief. Sherlocks took on as much or as little of the admin work as I wished to pass over. They were considerate, polite and prompt.

We have found the whole process from the initial meeting right through to the delivery of the service and graveside to be excellent.

Sherlock's have supported me for both my parents now sadly, but they are a real support in what is a very hard time. They help with all you need to organise and approach everything in a respectful way. Our contact was quick to respond and on the day called to double check all was as expected and their gentlemen in charge of the service gave us, as a family, a real sense of security as they supported us through what needed to be done, but again in a respectful gentle and calm way.
