Thank you for making the whole event as easy and joyous as was possible. You went above and beyond with your planning, which enabled us to have a motorbike escort that was so moving and exactly how Mark would have wanted it. I coulndn't recommend Clive and co more highly.

This is the second time we have used Sherlocks in the past year. The staff were always calm, sensitive and considerate. They gave us time to sort out our thoughts and wishes and everything was handled just as we wanted. This has been the 3rd time I have used Sherlock's for both my parents and my mother in law. Each time they have show compassion with the necessary questions needing to be asked to arrange a funeral. This time I also appreciated the online obituary page which was new to me this time. I also used them for the first time to arrange order of service. There swift turnaround for amendments and the polite way they showed "nothing was too much trouble" was greatly appreciated.

Sherlock’s was excellent - professional, caring and helpful. They managed to find all the music we wanted as well as help with the thanksgiving service . The service cards came back quickly with all photos arranged nicely. We would recommend them .

Sherlocks were marvellous from the initial enquiry until we collected my Fathers ashes.
ALL the staff were kind,caring and understanding. Our questions were answered promptly and our requests carried out to the letter.

A sad and painful experience was made so much easier by great Team.

My Father would of approved of his send off.
