Pimms have recently been involved in our mum's funeral. They were professional in all respects and we appreciated their help and advice in all matters expecially the order of service, liaison with the Crematorium, choosing the music and loading the slide show. Seona couldn't have offered any more assistance and was lovely to deal with. On the day Stuart was very kind to all of us.

We had excellent service from start to finish at the Cranleigh branch. I cannot speak highly enough of the help at a difficult time that Shona at the Cranleigh branch gave.bfrom deciding and organising the funeral and help with the wide range of choices. But also helping with ideas and options for the music, service cards etc.
Would highly recommend to use any what is an emotional and difficult time.

Seona at Cranleigh Pimms was lovely to deal with, so helpful and kind. She even bothered to stand out on the pavement to say goodbye to the deceased when we passed by on the way to the crematorium. Such excellent service. The funeral director on the day was such a kind man as well. The whole thing from start to finish was handled so well. I could not recommend Pimms, Cranleigh enough.

Seona, in the Cranleigh office, was friendly and reassuring. Everything was clearly explained. She has been very understanding regarding the delay in getting a death certificate and therefore releasing funds to pay for my mum's funeral. On the day we could not have asked for more. It was exactly as we wished, a beautiful setting with the informality we had hoped for. Thank you.

Due to several family issues. All the staff were completely understanding and very supportive. Seona and Laura were always there to listen and advise. We couldn't of had a nicer team. Cyril had the send off he would of wanted Thankyou.
