    Seona is a credit to Pimms and made a difficult upsetting process very much easier to deal with. Great communication throughout the process and we always felt that nothing was too much trouble. We have used Pimms for our parents funerals and have never had any issues so I would highly recommend Pimms without hesitation and say Seona is a shining example of very efficient customer service and extremely professional in what must be a difficult role. Thankyou very much.
