I wasn't sure which funeral director to use as I've not had to sort out a funeral before. I had no idea what to do and needed extra help and time to think through what I needed to do. I'm very grateful for the advice I was given over the phone by Graham in particular, as he looked after us whilst we were trying to arrange the details for the service we wanted. On the day I didn't need to think about anything other than my family, everything was taken care of, Alex the conductor was very attentive and smart. We received lots of comments about the order of service booklets that were printed as they included lots of old photos that had not been seen for a long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was recommended to use Holmes and Family by a close friend who had used them before for her mum’s funeral.  Right from the first call we made it was obvious that we had found the people we wanted to work with. We were very uncertain about what was best, but they had endless patience whatever we threw at them.  We took ages to choose a coffin and went back and forth with the service booklet for the funeral service changing the music several times. Oliver Holmes was always a gentleman and on the day of the funeral at Hanworth, all of the men who carried the coffin were kind and very smart. We can’t thank Holmes enough and would recommend them to anyone who sadly needs to choose a funeral director. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
