In particular I would like to thank Tricia and Joyce for their total professionalism, care and understanding they showed at what was understandably a very difficult time for us. Everything went smoothly and it was so re-assuring to have them looking after us. This was the same for my father's funeral in February 2022 and based on my experience then I wanted them to look after my mother's funeral .

Can’t praise them highly enough. In a very difficult, emotional time they, especially Tricia, were so understanding, patient, kind and helpful. Mum’s funeral was really lovely thanks to their expertise and dedication. My family will be forever grateful.

The service was outstanding from start to finish and Patricia, Joyce and Dean and all the team were so helpful and kind and considerate and took all the stress out of a stressful time for our family. Nothing was too much trouble.

I would thorough recommend yourselves and use yourselves again if needed without any hesitation. Thank you for helping us to give Mum a lovely and good send off :-)

The funeral parlour offered a good service with professionalism and kind nicest. Even though the limo broke down before collecting us they handle the situation well and they made sure that we reached the crematorium on time for 10am.

Excellent & attentive fromstart to finish(except for the mis-spelling of her name) Here on this questionaire, on screen at crematorium & outside on the plaque by the flowers) this did rather spoil what should have bee perfect. Her name was Sheila not Shelia!

Mixed bag of feedback. Chose coop due to wonderful care given with my parents last year. Sue was fabulous, sensitive and went out of her way to help. Joyce is absolutely amazing and really appreciated the way she looked after my family on the day - watching over me, my daughter and mother in law in particular. I was disappointed however that I received no confirmation of the signed forms I returned and only then found out there was a price increase when I went to drop in the clothes for Paul to wear. I was asked all the questions I had already responded to with sue and she had documented in front of me and even received further calls asking more questions re flowers etc even though this had already been discussed. Once I left the office I then a couple of hours later got a call asking for the deposit - I had expected to be asked for that once I had dropped my forms off weeks beforehand. No empathy shown. What a shame this marred what otherwise was a good experience given the circumstances.

I have given a 5 star rating as I have never had to do a funeral before when I went to coop funeral care I had so much help from the lady she was brilliant and it was a lovely service.

Tricia was a great help to me with making funeral arrangements for my Auntie Rita. Her attention to detail was remarkable and nothing was too much trouble. I felt she gave a very sympathetic and personal touch with all the arrangements and would highly recommend her.
