What was a very sad, painful time, Tricia was so wonderful and took all the anxiety away with the arrangements of the funeral and Joyce, what a godsend on the day, was so supportive, and considerate and made everyone at ease with her infectious personality and professionalism... my family could not have asked for a better team, outstanding in every way.

They took care of everything. Mum was looked after by them they made sure she had her angel wings pin to her that I brought to go with her. Made sure she had everything that mum had requested was with her. Lovely people.

given the circumstances it was a very pleasant experience. They were kind, supportive, patient and in my view went above and beyond. Although this is a day to day job they made me feel that mum was important to them, they wanted to know a little about her so they could treat her with respect. I am likely to sign myself up for when my time comes!

The care and compassion shown by your Addlestone branch has been incredible. Joyce, Tricia and Natalie have treated us professionally but compassionately getting to know about our late father to provide the most perfect send off.
