Mark was warm and friendly. He was very attentive, he listened to my requests, understood me and made absolutely certain that everything went according to plan. This was exceptionally important, since I was taking the whole service myself.
I felt totally at ease with Mark, and was touched to receive his appreciation for the way the service had gone. It was a wonderful warm event, just as I wished, and that was largely due to Mark’s presence. Many thanks go to him.

The whole team at Stowmarket were very caring and went all the way to make sure the funeral was exactly as we wanted it to be .the only reason for 4 stars rather than the five they deserve were a couple of tiny glitches .
The order of service cards were not laid out ready and there was a postcode error on the back we were asked to make sure no spelling errors but neither of us thought to check the pubs postcode

All the dealing I had with the Stowmarket branch, has been amazing.
I was never rushed in to making choices, everything was explained. The Staff were kind friendly and above all Professional. 
We have a few problems and the staff helped us at every stage.

The ladies at Stowmarket Funeralcare were all really nice. They were compassionate, supportive, friendly and efficient. They guided us through the whole process with sympathy and kindness and kept us up to date on all of the proceedings. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral went very well and it was a really nice service. It all went without a hitch.Everything from the order of service through to the flowers and coffin were all of a high quality. I would highly recommend using Stowmarket Funeralcare and would definitely use them again should I need to.

Couldn't fault the team. David managed to arrange a convenient date for Mum's service, and Lorraine and Claire were courteous, polite and efficient when we visited the branch. I received regular updates regarding how things were progressing, and Natalie telephoned me before, and after the service.
Faultless customer care at a very difficult time.

Everybody that I dealt with were amazing, I’d never organised a funeral before and they helped me all the way, they looked after my dad and treated him with upmost respect.
Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for helping me and my family, my dad was one of a kind, hated fuss and you helped us give him the send off he would’ve liked, I’m just a bit sad he never got to go up to the cemetery so he could see how beautiful it is over there, he would’ve loved it, x thankyou again xx

Natalie and her team were all lovely, very professional and kind. 
Christine and Claire in the office were also both calming and helpful throughout the whole duration of organising mums funeral, nothing was too much to ask of them. 
In future when sending out the funeral review I would suggest waiting until the funeral has passed before you send out the review request.
