While dealing with my husbands Farewell, I was treated with total respect and kindness. All my questions and concerns were handled and answered efficiently and promptly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. I needed time to 'take in 'all I had to deal with. I was given all the time and care that I needed at the worst time of my life. Thank you all for your politeness, care and help.

From the moment I rang their office the care, courtesy and support to me and my family was superb. I had many queries and each time it was dealt with compassionately and comprehensively. We could not recommend Andrew and his team more highly. From the first conversation the level of care, compassion and attention to detail was truly exceptional. We felt that we were supported every step of the way, through what was the most traumatic three weeks of our life, to date. The logistics for our day, with two services, across two counties and two functions, could have caused issues, but Andrew and his team took it in their stride and everything went to plan. It is very hard to find the appropriate words to express how much we appreciated the exceptional service - true professionals in very sense of the word.
