The lovely people in Newmarket led us gently through the process. They phoned to check on us and let us ok now what would happen when. They were kind and supportive, offering ongoing support. They made a difficult time manageable.

NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT BRANCH AND WAITING OUTSIDE BRANCH AT 9AM ON A DAY THAT OPENING TIMES SAY IT WAS OPEN, ONLY TO BE TOLD BY CENTAL OFFICE IT WAS SHUT ON THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS. SO A LONG WASTED JOURNEY POOR TIME RESPONSE FROM PHONE CALLS MADE

Lisa and the rest of the team really helped me through what I needed to do when I really couldn't focus. They were all very understanding, supportive and kept me informed with everything detail until they left the service o the day of the funeral, for this iam very grateful. Thankyou newmarket team.

My sister & I arranged for a funeral plan for our mother 3 years ago so that we were prepared for her passing & opted for the Coop Funeralcare plan.
We were very pleased with the whole service provided from collecting her on the day of her passing to the excellent way she was respectfully treated on the day of her funeral.
We were kept informed all the way through the process at a time when emotions run high & our heartfelt thanks are extended to all the staff at the Newmarket branch.

I would always recommend Co-Op Funeral Care. Our Celebrant Andrew Fairweather is an excellent co-ordinator and all the mourners had the opportunity to bid their final farewell in their own way.

Poor communication. Flowers that were ordered did not arrive. Invoice showed items that were not on estimate but clearly should have been.

The staff on the day were very well dressed and respectful of our sad occasion. The oak casket was of good quality as were the flowers. So I felt the team supported us through our sad day and helped bring dignity to Mums final journey.

The young lady in the office was absolutely brilliant she took care of every detail and leased with me all the time   She was very patient and understanding nothing was too much trouble to her and I was very pleased and happy with everything. I have been treated with kindness and professionalism while planning my husband's care and funeral. Alysha made a very sad time so much easier - she listened and made all my wishes happen. On the day I was very well supported by Lisa and I did not have to worry about anything.
