Superb bunch of people, warm & friendly yet respectful.
From the time I called them late on a Friday night right through to collecting my wife's ashes they couldn't have been more helpful. Though everything had been sorted out via a Funeral Plan (well worth doing as it saves a lot of decision making at the worst time in one's life) The S&R team arranged times for picking up the Death Certificate and for registering it at The Registry Office, I didn't have to do a thing, they did it for me.
THEY WERE SUPERB.

While I'm her let me do a plug for Funeral Plans:
My first worry was that the Funeral Directors cease trading. NO worry, you don't pay them, you pay into a trust , so if your nominated funeral director goes bust it is automatically picked up by another Funeral Director that is a member of the trust.
If funeral prices go up? No worries again, you have paid for the service, if costs go up it is borne by the trust fund. If you want extras not covere ... d by the initial plan such as an extra car then, of course, you will have to pay the going rate. more

Liam was amazing! He managed to arrange and conduct a funeral for my mother in only four days as I had already booked to go away on holiday for the following two weeks. I would have either had to cancel my holiday or delay the funeral until I returned from my holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to provide everything I wanted for my mother's funeral. He took away all the stress and I was able to go away on holiday and relax.

They were FANTASTIC! Always there ready to help with some great ideas! Always ahead of the game doing and getting things ready without being asked. Communication was excellent! Keeping all party's informed and organised! Which really helped! At an extremely difficult time there professionalism carried us through! We felt there many years of experience there to support us! Can not thank them enough for all they have done! They are the best funeral service company out there! You must try them too! It is a must! Thank you all!

Very thoughtful and well executed. During this difficult time, Liam and his colleagues gave my father the send of he deserved. They took everything into their hand and made the process and easy and stress free for us as possible. This is very important during times like this.

They where excellent all the way from the very first meeting. They help make what is a difficult thing to do arranging a funeral very easy. They also help in recommending David the minister who did the service, the catering company that did my mum proud and Lisa who is helping with the probate process, and I would recommend them all.
All throughout the process they where always on the end of the phone to help with any questions we had.
I would not hesitate to use them again should I have to again in the future

The service for Terry was exceptional...They could not do enough to help you. They were kind, thoughtful, and showed you an enormous amount of respect.
They made you feel at ease and you could see that they genuinely cared.

From the outset they were sensitive to the situation but proactive in moving things along to accomplish all of the necessary arrangements.
