Candice and her staff gave us the best service we could have asked for, no detail was left unchecked, everything was tailored perfectly to our needs.

Candice was wonderful and made our experience much easier by her caring and understanding approach. Just two things. My husband's body took rather a long time to come back from Great Tey and they messed up his fingerprints. They did some more but we're forgotten when Steve's body came back. I still have to go in and get them. Overall I was very pleased with Ravenswood Funeralcare and would use them again. Thank you

Very pleased with the service we received from start to finish of my mums funeral. The planning facilitated by Candice and her attention to detail was excellent, as was the service on the day of the funeral. Very impressed by all especially during what is quite a stressful and sad time. Would recommend to anyone who requires there services.

    We were very impressed with Candice she was efficient and made every effort to help us plan the service we wanted. She was kind and understanding. On the day everything was perfect. Howard the funeral director was respectful and so wonderfully turned out but also had a manner which made it a celebration of mums life rather than a sad and somber day
