I felt comfortable and at ease as soon as I met Sarah and Vanessa. I mainly saw Sarah but my comments relate to both of them. Each visit a warm and friendly welcome, patient, helpful , and made suggestions regarding the arrangements without being “pushy”. Very professional and competent. Sarah dealt with a potential last-minute hitch regarding the delivery of wreaths expeditiously. They were excellent and are a credit to your service.

Co-op Funeralcare, Ipswich were very good at arranging our mother's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they took on board all our requests. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from both Vanessa Whight and Sarah Bowman at Funeralcare, 123 Dale Hall Lane, Ipswich.
We were never rushed through anything, always giving us their full attention and very efficient in responding to emails and phone calls.
They both were always very polite and sympathetic, kind and caring.
I can’t praise them enough….
Also Mark, the funeral director was very efficient, polite and guided us through every step during the funeral service which was very reassuring.
Mum Shirley had bought the same funeral plan as Dad, as Funeralcare were also excellent with his funeral back in July, 2018.
The Covid guidelines were also excellent and we always felt safe in the Funeralcare office.
I very much hope that Vanessa, Sarah and Mark will be able to read my review and how very much appreciated they were.
