Vanessa and the team at Coop Dale Hall Lane Ipswich were brilliant when arranging my Step-dad's funeral. Everything was explained clearly and concisely yet with compassion for our loss and professionalism. The bearers were also professional and courteous when relaying instruction to the family bearers. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

From the first phone call, Sarah and Vanessa have been amazing, have been there to listen and made everything perfect for my daddy's send off. I was fortunate enough to visit my dad nearly every day, cup of tea and a friendly face to comfort whilst I reflected and remembered stories of my dad. Mark too and Patrick were excellent. I cannot begin to thank you all for looking after my daddy (and me) so well. I would highly recommend the Ipswich coop funeralcare they have all gone above and beyond their duty of care. I was very impressed with this Funeral Service, they helped and sorted out everything. My problem is the same as with everything else in this day and age, everything is done online, which is no fault of the company.
I had to reply on my daughter  much more than I really wanted to,
Other than that, perfect, everyone I dealt with was lovely.

Planning a funeral is never going to be easy, but the staff at Ipswich have been totally amazing. Sarah and Vanessa made the planning as painless as possible, helped us though each part, explaining things and making sure that we got everything the way mum would have wanted it. The staff on the day were so respectful and professional, and the celebrant Andrew Fairweather, who they arranged was an absolute diamond. Thank you guys for making a difficult time, much easier.

Co-op Funeral care were not my first choice of funeral directors and I found myself with them by default. Although my late sister had opted for a direct cremation; it all went as well as I could expect I think; given that you don't have much to do with much of it. Sarah was excellent in keeping me informed as we live in London.
