Friendly, supportive staff - nothing was too much trouble and they made everything easy. This would be an 'excellent' review if they hadn't messed up with the bespoke flowers we ordered. They did give us a replacement for the day and didn't charge us for the flowers in the end, but it wasn't the horse which we ordered.

Would recommend the co-op funeral service in Dale Hall Lane ispwich. Really loving caring staff helpful got things sorted for me also hassel free felt they did mum mum proud excellent.

The help and care I received during this was second to none. I had never had to do anything like this before and Ness and the team guided me through step by step. I truly feel proud of what with their help I was able to achieve. I feel that my brother Chris had the best funeral that he could have had and I am so thankful to you all.

Everything about the cremation itself was excellent, Craig and Donna were both exceptional.
The only thing that let down the experience was the office where we made the arrangements which was rather shabby and dated. There was only one person in the office so she had to leave us half way through when some builders arrived. I also felt it was rather unproffessional to have a can of drink on the table. Having said all that, the young lady was very helpful and helped with an obviously difficult occassion.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for more, nothing was too much trouble. We was kept updated from start to finish. It’s such a sad and upsetting time but Vanessa and the team made it so much easier.

The service we received was excellent from the Co Op. Specifically Ness in the office was very kind, caring and efficient. When we went o the office she really took the time to explain and go through everything in detail. Her colleague Lauren also explained a lot to us which helped in getting through a tough time in our lives.
The gentleman that bought dad tot he church were excellent and such a clean limo. Thank you again for all your support.

I would like to thank all who helped to make my husbands funeral as painless as possible. Everyone took great care to carryout my immediate family's wishes without me having to do so.
The choice of Celebrant was so thoughtful Mrs Sparrow was so kind but at the same time professional and had he met her my husband would have liked her and would have chosen her I am sure.
Those who guided the bearers made a difficult job for 4 young lads go smoothly
The printing of the order of service was such a help
I have had many compliments from those who attended the funeral all saying what a lovely service it was

Yes everything was very good. The only thing I would say it’s a pity the co op are not allowed to sort the donations out. Otherwise everything else was very good.
