My experience with Haverhill Co-op was outstanding.  From collecting my dear husband from the house to meeting Lisa, Courtney and Colin at the branch, they couldn’t have done more for me, the time and effort put into carrying out the most magnificent funeral that was attended by over 400 people, they pulled it off, I would recommend them to everyone - they were kind, helpful, sincere, empathetic and efficient.  What more can you ask.  Thank you each and every one of you for such a wonderful, supportive service. The professionalism, care and genuine compassion offered by everyone at Haverhill Co-op Funeral Care, helped to make a very difficult time for me and my family a little easier. 
We felt very safe and held in the service offered and knew that our grandmother would be more than safe in their care.
It was so important to me that my grandmother had the send off she wanted and I feel this was more than achieved.

From the staff in the office and over the telephone to the actual cremation with the celebrant it was 100% fantastic service. The wreaths and order of service were expensive but well worth the money. Extremely professional and highly recommended

A great big thank you to Meg, Lisa, Andrew and all the team for there help with the arrangements to make sure that everything was organised and sorted out promptly so that Mum's send off was extra special.

Nothing was too much hassle for anybody which made things a lot easier for John and myself and our families. Everything went as smoothly as it could on the day and that was all down to the professional service that we received from all of you.
