Friendly, approachable and keen to give the funeral service that was needed.
I was made to feel that individual requests could be accommodated and were all part of the service offered.. This made a difficult time a great deal easier for which I am extremely grateful. Overall an excellent service.

This was the first funeral that I have ever been responsible for organising so I had no idea of the procedure and made numerous phone calls but on every occasion that I did so I was shown great kindness patience and understanding. On the day of my Grandmother's funeral everything went exactly as we were hoping it would and we believe that my grandmother was given the best send off. Right from the start, we were treated as friends. There was no fake pomposity. We were able to speak personally to everyone involved in the funeral, and were reassured at every point that the ceremony would be exactly as we would wish. In the event, everything went exactly as we hoped.
