I felt a really bad day was made perfect. Amanda was truly amazing. Even down to the ties she had for the pallbearers. She went out of her way to get the coffin I really wanted and most of all she went to the extreme to get my girl presentable so that I could say goodbye. Nothing was to much trouble for any of them. I could not have wished for a more professional and caring service from the time we stepped through the door until paying their fees. As a family I know we must have put them under pressure with our requests but again they excelled. We, the famy think they are second to none and stand alone as competent and reliable Funeral Directors. We have used them before, have known them and of them for many years and can say personally as a member and PCC Secretary of our local church that they are held in great esteem. Susan Whymark Funeral Services Ltd. were most helpful in assisting my sons and myself with my husband's funeral arrangements earlier this year.
They gave us advice on how to proceed, as a consequence of his death. We had been unaware of the actions that needed to be taken.
They helped us to make decisions relating to his funeral and all that that entailed. They showed patience and understanding throughout.
Finally, we were most grateful for the dignified way my husband's Memorial Service was conducted.

I really can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Susan Whymark following the passing of my father. It was everything I needed it to be at such a difficult time, reassuring, caring, calm and also simple. Joanne was lovely and had such a natural way of putting me at ease. On the day Mandy led the proceedings with great care and dignity but also with a nice light touch which really helped.
