Excellent, personal service throughout from the initial phone call to the after funeral care. 
Joanne was amazing at tailoring my mums and our wishes for a beautiful celebration of my mums life, while providing advice and support to us all.

Our family have used Susan Whymark twice, once in 2010 when Dad passed away and now in 2024 when Mum passed. 

Each time they have been both personally caring and totally professional, even down to small touches like having an ample supply of umbrellas ready for a rainy committal. As an independent company they also fit with our preference to use local businesses. 

Heaven forbid we should need them again too soon, but we won’t hesitate when the time comes.

Mandy was very kind, caring, professional and empathetic and supported us throughout the whole process. I was very grateful for her and Ian Moore's advice and help through a very sad and difficult time arranging Mum and Dad's joint funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went very smoothly. The team showed the greatest respect and dignity, I would highly recommend their services.

When my husband Pete passed away I always knew he wanted Susan to carry out his funeral. My son Ian and I called into the office in Eye and Susan was absolutely fantastic making all the arrangements and was so patient when I got it all wrong !!! She was so sympathetic, caring so kind and considerate. I went and said goodbye to Pete and he looked so peaceful dressed up in his funeral tails and funeral clothes.
