    Wonderful support from all the staff involved.....kind and considerate as well as conscientious and well organised. We opted for a live stream so that the vast majority of family could stay safe and well in their own homes, but also feel part of the service. We received so many compliments about how well structured and personal it felt. A huge 'thank you' to everyone at Bury St Edmunds Funeralcare.

    Absolutely brilliant at a very difficult time. They were always on the end of the phone ready to answer any question, no matter how small it seemed to us.
