All my dealings with Lisa and Kerry were handled with sensitivity and care. Explanations of the processes involved were explained clearly and understandably. They dealt with problems efficiently and on the day of the funeral, the manner in which Lisa helped me manage my distress and her calm management of proceedings was exemplary and hugely appreciated both by me and my family.
Thank you both for making a truly distressing time more manageable.

Mum had prepaid for her funeral as she didn't want us to additionally distraughtat such a terribly sad time. The whole process was extremely streamlined and professionally dealt with. The service was justasmum would have wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after from start to finish with warmth and respect. Thank you much for everything

Kelly and Lisa were both marvellous. They are so caring and kept in touch throughout.

We could not fault the service and compassion we received from all involved. Kelly was so kind and caring and talked us through every step making any changes we wanted, and the celabrant Doug Bedford was also very good and worked well with myself and my son to get the service just how we wanted it for my dad Andy. They all showed respect and compassion and worked with us speaking to myself and my step mum angie to make sure everything was just how we wanted it.
Many thanks to all staff that looked after my dad Andy behind the scenes aswell.

Kelly, and later Lisa, were very kind and helpful, going through everything and smoothly making all arrangements efficiently. We could not have asked for more, and were very pleased and grateful for their help. We would thoroughly recommend them, and hope (eventually) to be able to use them again.
