All of the staff were extremely professional from the initial booking of my father's funeral plan to his subsequent burial. Nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciated that Kelly was always available if I needed advice on any aspects of my dad"s funeral. Kelly and Lisa are jewels in the company and on the day the whole funeral service went extremely smoothly. I honestly cannot thank the Funeral Director and his staff enough for their services and I think all of them need to be given a pay rise as they went above and beyond what I was expecting in customer service. Once again thank you to everyone at the Bury St Edmunds office......you are all angels x

I was very happy with all the people I came in contact with and there performance, the only thing that devasted me was that when I received my husbands ashes they were in a paper bag not an earn. Nobody warned me l cried for days surly I paid enough money to have an ern it is so disrespectful and I am very unhappy about that.

Assistance in the planning of the funeral was friendly, professional  and overall excellent. The funeral itself on the day was reverent, beautifully carried out and all participants involved in carrying out the funeral of my late brother John, made his family feel that he had been put to rest in peaceful and thoughtful manner. Well done and most appreciated. I look forward to the internment of his ashes in March 2023 and further assistance from your staff.

The team were compassionate and caring towards me and my late mum. I had some requests after she has passed like wanting her dress laid a certain way and what id like put in her hands.
She was to have subtle make up and a spray of perfume on. They obliged. Made me feel she would be well looked after as i was longer able to.
Lisa was wonderful on the lead up to and on the day. I didn't feel anxious at all.
