Kind professional and efficient service from all the staff at Rosedale, Beccles. We used them when my mother passed away, and were glad we did. Absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in to make an initial enquiry, to the day of my husband's funeral & indeed after. I can not rate everyone at Rosedale, Beccles, highly enough.
Everyone made what was indeed a very difficult process to go through, so much easier to cope with.
Everything was explained very clearly & I felt that I was really listened to & treated with professionalism, respect & compassion at all times...nothing was too much.

My family first used Rosedale 6 years ago when my Mum passed away. So when Dad very sadly passed in January 2022 we didn't consider any other company. Rosedale were first rate in every aspect of dealing with the many and varied services and details that needed to be arranged. Very empathetic and kind and everyone we dealt with within the company were like that too. Can't recommend them highly enough

The staff at Rosedale provided  me and my family with the individual support that was appropriate to our loss.
