The coffin, brass plaque and grave mark were beautiful and the care and support by all the staff was second to none

Nothing seemed too much trouble for Kirsty, and Helen and on the day of Jean’s funeral Martyn was outstanding. Would definitely recommend  this branch of the Co-Op to others requiring funeral services.

My son was 36 and lost his life in a tragic accident, Kirsty from the Coop came to sit and talk to us and was absolutely lovely, making a terrible situation and ordeal  bearable, this lady had so much patience, nothing was too much trouble,  every thing we asked for was made possible. Natalie the funeral director was just the same both ladies were always available and worked together.The funeral was every thing we wanted and more, so many people, friends and family have commented on how special it was. One huge thank you to Kirsty and Natalie from your Beccles branch.
Also the service booklets were very well produced.

From my initial enquiry to the cremation the Coop Funeral Service staff were all considerate, helpful, respectful of our needs and courteous. They explained every step, yet were not obtrusive during a difficult time.
At the church funeral all funeral staff were smart and highly professional. It was a pleasure and comfort to be there with them. Administratively, the Coop has been first class. We thank them all.
