From our first contact to the end of the funeral our experience was very positive. Care and sympathy were provided in abundance. Helen and Martyn were our main contacts and we cannot praise them sufficiently. Thank you to all who played a part in seeing us through a difficult time, following the unexpected loss of our son.

I had never been in a funeral home before or organisied a funeral. I was very anxious. This funeral was for mum so it was the most heartbreaking time for me and my family. Every person at Co op that I spoke to or corresponded with were marvelous and made the whole process easy and very respectful, and I appreciate everything they done for us at this difficult emotional time.

The funeral care staff were all wonderful. Exceptional in the roles and extremely consistent in their manner. We could not fault them in any way. Mum would have been proud of them all. They showed the greatest respect for her at all times.

Hi 
I had Kirsty and Martyn look after me for my father’s funeral they were both absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t of asked for two nicer people, Kirsty covered everything I needed as I never had a clue what we wanted but her kindness shone through till the end , and martyn drove all the way from beccles to Luton as my father was cremated back home, everything was just perfect so I would highly recommend the beccles store

Very difficult to rate the service, because unless one organises a funeral on a regular basis, how can one tell if the service is good, average, or poor? We last held a
funeral in 1983 and after 39 years things have changed quite dramatically.

I have to admit probably the oddest review, I think I will ever leave.

The team at Co-Op Beccles Funeral Care have been fantastic throughout the process. They have made the entire experience as painless, as they possibly can.

I would use there services again if I was in need, but hopefully not for a while.
