Wendy was very kind and helpful and guided us through the whole process of arranging my dad's funeral. The service was exactly what we wanted and the pall bearers were extremely respectful as was Martyn, who conducted the service.

Saying goodbye to a husband, father, grandfather and brother was the hardest thing we have had to do but your compassion and professionalism helped us through this very sad time. The day was well organised, with special thanks to Wendy; we wanted to celebrate our Dad's life and that is exactly what we did. The service was lovely and Andrew Fairweather, the celebrant, was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for making the day stress free and easier to cope with from beginning to end. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us through this distressing time.

At a time when I was at my lowest I have to say the service I received from all at Beccles was exceptional. Such caring, special people attended to my every question and wishes with such kind grace as I went through the sad passing of my father and his final journey. From start to finish, Kirsty, Helen, Martyn and the team were simply amazing! 
It’s hard to put into words but I felt nothing but comfortable and at ease with the guys there, they have been extremely supportive and even funny at times, very much needed laughs when the emotions are so up and down!! I am extremely grateful for all they have done for my mum, myself and my family!!

Beccles Funeral Care gave my late husband the very best of care,I would like to thank in particular the Lovely Kirsty who managed to sort out a tricky error on the final medical report,so without going into details a big thank you for being so persistent and achieving the desired outcome.
