The staff were always polite and there to answer many if the bewildering questions I had concerning my mum's funeral. I had never organised a funeral before and the ladies made it so easy and covered bases I would never have thought of. The day of the funeral went without a hitch and the pall bearers and drivers were professional throughout and provided clear guidance to ensure a seamless day.

From start to finish the help that I received in arranging my mum's was first class, the service at the crematorium, the driver's/bearers, I could not fault them at all, also the catering afterwards was excellent, I will now be making arrangements to set up both my wife and my own funeral plans with then very shortly.
