Our family would like to send our gratitude to the whole team at Tamworth co-operative Funeral Service for looking after Dad, for the compassion and support throughout the whole preparation, to the service which was perfect, thank you Tony, and to the Catering staff, the buffet was lovely. We can't thank you enough, it was just as Dad would have wanted.

The team at Tamworth Co-operative Funeral Service are second to none. From the initial telephone call to notify of the death through making the arrangements, facilitating family requests, the actual service to collection of the remains the staff were all exemplary. Thank you to Paul for collecting my wife, Heidi for helping us with the arrangements, Kerry for leading things on the day and everyone else involved with looking after her and our family before she was finally laid to rest. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Although on the day everything went perfectly, I feel quite distressed about the number of mistakes which were made in the organising of my Mum's funeral and the misinformation given. The most distressing being that it was not explained that as my mum was being taken to the church at 5pm the evening before, that that was when the reception service would be and not that it would take place an hour after when all of my Mum's family from Ireland would be there. So when the Deacon performed the service, no one was there!!!

The entire team that supported me through my Mum's funeral arrangements were efficient, knowledgeable and empathetic. Jo was especially helpful, her calming voice over the phone was reassuring and much appreciated. On the day of the funeral, Kev' was so helpful in guiding us through the service.
