Many thanks on behalf of the whole family to all at the Co-op for the supportive, caring and highly professional service you provide that ensured mum got the best send off she could possibly have had. Mandy and Leah were excellent in helping us arrange the funeral and provided support and advice that ensured the service was a fitting tribute to mum. The team on the day were also highly  professional and helped guide us through the proceedings in a supportive and caring manner. The services the co-op provides are second to none. Mandy our organiser was really empathetic and reassuring all the way through the process (we were very nervous) was not an easy funeral. Tony our conductor on the day was totally amazing can’t thank him enough.

Everyone we came into contact with was professional but always kind and caring. Janice gently helped us navigate through the process. Everything was clearly explained and questions answered. The team at the co op were amazing and walked me through every step of the way. At such a traumatic time you need people who understand what you are going through and these guys were very thoughtful and made mums funeral very special. I was arranging it all from overseas but that didn’t pose a problem at all, I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service your lovely lady Dawn was amazing she went through everything we needed to know so helpful she was checking everything mum had put in her funeral plan we did not have to worry she is so kind and caring 
The funeral cars were excellent Kevin explained everything to me he was so caring and when I got really upset he was there for me l would not have done it without him

Eveofrom the first meetin the office to the funeral itself was efficient, respectful and considerate. I cannot recommend them more . The whole experience was so much easier due to the professionalism of the staff and the company. We had flowers, order of service and catering in the package. They were so thoughtful and so efficient , nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
