Paul & the Coop team have now carried out 2 funerals for myself & my family during the past 11 months. My stepdad's in April 2021 and now our beautiful Mum's in March 2022. Paul has always been very kind, compassionate & nothing was every too much trouble. My sister and I appreciated the little touches that Paul made, like slowing down outside mum's home on the way to the crematorium and also the beautiful Robin pin badges we were given. Being able to view our mum outside normal hours was so welcomed. All of the staff that looked after our mum were so caring & kind. I want to say a big thank you from us all at such a difficult time again. I cannot recommend Stone Funeralcare highly enough if you want your loved ones to be treated with respect and their dignity always kept. Thank you, Debbie, Julie & family.

Paul and his team did an excellent job. I was very nervous and wanted to do my father proud. I need not have worried the service that Paul and Cannon Stewart Jones provided was perfect and I know that it was just what my father would have wanted.

Hello all! I have to say that I don't think it would be possible for a funeral director to do a better job than Paul Evans of Stone Co-op Funeralcare did in regards to everything to do with the funeral of my 101 year-old aunt, Frances Evans.
I must have made probably twenty phone calls and every single one of them was answered by Paul. It was so refreshing to deal with one person, and he was always pro-active and up to speed with everything. It was a pleasure to speak with him every time, and he instinctively knew the balance of professionalism and friendliness that was needed.
Absolutely 100% Paul. A credit to Co-op Funeralcare and funeral directors in general. Well done sir.

Thrown in at the deep end is an understatement! 
I didn’t expect my nan to pass so when she did I was shocked, distraught & heartbroken. 
I never thought about anything & not a clue where to start, even though she had pre planned her funeral I was terrified, then Paul was at the other end of the phone, he was so calm, softly spoken & reassuring which made me feel much more at ease. 
I felt like some of my questions seemed silly, Paul was there saying no questions are silly! 
Whether I was emailing or phoning he was very prompt to answer all my worries, concerns etc . When he was on a day off he left me in the capable hands of Yvonne (I think her name is, apologies if wrong) such a lovely lady.
Then Gareth? & the team , with the funeral formalities on the day of the funeral who did my nan proud, it is only days after that I reflected on it due to the great sadness on the day.
Not to take anything away from other members of staff as it’s a team, Paul was an absolutely amazing person to assist for the majority with the funeral arrangements. Such a shame I never got to meet him with everything that is going on at this time with covid.
I cannot thank you all enough especially Paul he’s a diamond.

Stone Funeralcare took great care of us from start to finish. Paul was our main liaison and he couldn’t do enough for us. They were very compassionate during the process.
