John Johnson provided a lovely funeral for our Dad. Philip was kind and helpful and organised everything we asked for, making a difficult process as simple and straightforward as possible. Dan was our funeral director on the day itself and made sure the event ran smoothly and went as well as a funeral can. Our family have used John Johnson on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service they have provided.

All the staff were exceptionally kind (the deceased would have said they all had what he called ‘emotional intelligence’). The premises were beautifully set out and furnished, and everything done by Philip and his colleagues to make what was essentially a very difficult experience much much easier.

What an outstanding job they did too, from start to finish Philip was on hand to help with any questions i had,
The wicker coffin was spectacular as were the beautiful flowers we had .They showed my mum such dignity and respect and it was just perfect .
