From the moment our precious mum/ nana passed away, they and the rest of the team provided so much comfort, support and guidance. Not forgetting celebrant Marj. A fantastic team with vast empathy .

Extremely professional and friendly service. We were constantly kept updated and nothing was too much trouble. Alan and Allison were always on hand for any questions we had. The hardest day we have ever had to face was made so much easier due to all our wishes being met and everything went to plan due to the professionalism of all the staff

The service provided was second to none. They where very understanding and helpful at all times. Their attention to detail was amazing at the viewing of my loved one, very natural looking as though she was at peace and just sleeping leaving a lovely memory. From the outset, we were dealt with with respect and empathy.
Wayne and Alan were both impeccable in everything they did. Little touches which were very much appreciated.
Allison and Kelsey gave us the most compassionate support.
Linda was looked after beautifully. Her hair and make-up were done exactly as requested using her own make-up.
