We could not have asked for better care and consideration from the wonderful staff at Meir. The celebrant that they matched us with for my brother's funeral could not have been more perfect and was so kind and caring at a time of such sadness and stress.

I can highly recommend their services to anyone.

From the moment of dad’s death as a family we felt like we had arms wrapped around us. The funeral directors, Alison and all the staff behind the scenes gave us a first class service. The care and compassion shown made a huge difference at such a sad and upsetting time.
We felt that dad  was treated with the upmost dignity and respect whilst he was in their care at Meir. They took dad for a drive past his previous home of 70 years and a drive past his beloved Stoke City football ground before the journey to the crematorium.
It has helped us to feel less anxious about the passing of our mother as she will be looked after by the same funeral service. 
We could not fault the service we got.

Everything was perfect and what we asked for .Alan who did my husbands funeral was so helpful and compassionate and he even did a northern soul look on the service orders as my husband was a big soul fan .Allison is just lovely and so helpful would highly recommend the Co op

We were unsure what type of funeral to go for on meeting the Co op funeral director Chris Hollins who talked us through the various options from a direct cremation to a tailored funeral we went for a tailored funeral he went through all the options we could have from the cars, flowers, coffin types & stationary i:e book marks or order of service & he recommended a funeral celebrant to us he made the process very easy & took the time to explain everything to us as we went through the arrangements & once we had settled on the arrangements he kept us informed on the day the funeral Chris was with us & made sure everything ran smoothly & the day after called us to make sure we were all okay
