We were very impressed by the way Christine dealt with the funeral arrangements regarding our mum. She was so kind and considerate, and nothing was too much trouble.
The day of the funeral went smoothly. David had called the day before to go through the arrangements, and they went as planned. Overall, we were all very satisfied with the day and the arrangements - flowers, service sheets and catering were of a really high standard. We can't thank you enough for your attendance to our bereavement and accessibility to detail and allowing us to leave mementoes with mum. The biggest and most heartfelt feeling is that you took mum 'into your care' , and you certainly did.

The team at Marsh & Son we're excellent all the way through this difficult time.

Christine was so helpful and sensitive. She spent time getting to know us and mum before she went through the process, which helped her to guide us and made it feel like she knew mum a little and cared about getting everything right for her. They also lined up and bowed as she left their care and before she was commited, which again just added a level of dignity and respect that made the whole process and day much more bearable. I would definetly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the overall experience. At a time when your head is in turmoil, they did what l asked of them for the funeral. At the funeral they treated David with dignity.

From start to finish we had the most special care from all the staff both in the arrangement of details and the funeral itself. Such a lovely send-off for my brother, it exceeded all my expectations and it was a basic funeral. The aftercare was something I'd never thought of but they had and again so caring and respectful, excellent.
