Very caring and leisurely initial discussion of arrangements with Vikki, and good contact maintained thereafter.  A slight glitch when Tobias, the director on the day, phoned the wrong number for final discussion of arrangements but no problem because he got through to my sister so all fine in the end.

The funeral was very well organised and respectful of our wishes. Wayne was really clear with instructions which is needed when people are grieving and both kind and sensitive. 
Nicola was fanastic as usual.

We visited h Goodwin to plan my brother in law funeral and received a warm welcome from Vicki who was lovely and answered many of our questions and helped us with planning the funeral, following this we had a home visit from Chris who came along so talk about our brother in law and further plans came together throughout our few weeks of being involved with Vicki and Chris we have had exceptional service . The morning of the funeral Chris arrived and it he was sooo lovely he gave a beautiful service and everything we had planned for Scotty our brother in law came together better than we imagined we can’t thank Chris enough and many that attended  spoke well of the service he gave 
Thank you so much to Vicki and chris for making everything perfect  we truly appreciate all you did for us and for the follow up calls too
