The team at Wolstanton were fantastic at every point, they could not do enough for us with help and support throughout the entire funeral from the planning and sorting of all the things we wanted for our mother, on the day they did a fantastic job, with empathy and respect and made the day go as smoothly and well as it possibly could of and all the mourners said it was a great service and did mum proud. All the team are a credit to the coop and deserve the highest praise

From the first telephone conversation the staff at the Coop Funeral Care, Wolstanton were excellent. They told us what we needed to know, gave us the relevant choices and steered us when we needed help. Their approach was kind and supportive and we were confident that everything that needed to be done would be done ahead of the funeral. I cannot recommend the team highly enough. They have been excellent in helping me arrange the celebration of my mum from beginning to end. Thanks to Jane for her support with planning and a huge thanks to Wayne for his professionalism on the day. From the chapel of rest, to the flowers, the order of service, the minister, the music , the photo footage, every aspect was incredible, and it truly made the day so very very special. The team were very compassionate,caring and respectful when they collected dad to take him to the funeral home. Going to the office to sign the paperwork was painless due to Hayleys compassionate manner . There was no rushing and she allowed me to talk about dad as we were doing paperwork. She is a real asset to the company,friendly, caring and she felt like a friend . Haley also kept in touch with the progression of dad's cremation and gave us plenty of notice for the date and time . Would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Hayley really appreciated your kindness during that time of loss.
