From start to finish Haley and them team treated you with respect and sympathy. Very knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was to much trouble during first meeting. The service offered by the staff at Co-op Funeral care, Wolstanton has been excellent. I would especially like to mention Jane Ashley, whose empathy, understanding and guidance during this sad time has been exceptional. 
One the day of the funeral, Wayne looked after the family, making sure that we were all comfortable and ok with what lay ahead. In my mums words he made her feel like a princess.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Co op Funeral Care, Wolstanton, Newcastle u Lyme. Vicki was very professional when we met to discuss the arrangements for mum's funeral and she kept me informed every step of the way.
