Our Dad sadly passed away on the 14th November , we didn't have a clue where to start , On the Monday we rang a few places and gladly now we got hold of Jennifer Ashe and Son's . Claire talked us through the process and we instantly felt hugged and comforted . She did everything required ,led us through the choices , what we wanted and gave us time to think , I must of rung and messaged her a dozen times or more and nothing was to much trouble . We as a family felt confident that dad would have the funeral he would of wanted . All the staff we spoke to were very calming , I lost it in the chapel of rest but Richard quickly grabbed my issue and picked me up again . The funeral went exactly to plan , the cars were impeccable and the staff turned out immaculate, I never had it in my mind that one day we would be going through this trauma and grief , but thanks to Jennifer Ashe and son's it turned out to be a special last day for my dad We can't recommend them enough, from start to finish we were at ease knowing they were in full control . Established in 2016 in memory of Mother and Grandmother Norma, to both Jennifer and John Ashe respectively, Jennifer Ashe and Son, Hednesford has gone from strength to strength in order to support and care for the people of West Midlands and Staffordshire during difficult times of bereavement.
John Ashe and his dedicated team of professionals can be reached 24/7 in order to support your family at the time of need, which has contributed to the achievement of winning the Walsall award for 'Funeral Director of the Year' for the last 4 consecutive years, since the company's conception.
John Ashe and his professional team are able to help arrange burials and cremations including direct cremations if preferred. They have a range of funeral packages to fit every budget and can organise bespoke options for more personalised services.
