T J Parry went the extra mile for our passed loved one. We could go and see our loved one as many times as we wanted and were very accommodating. The funeral service was so beautiful. Tim walked us through everything and supported us through it all. We are beyond greatful for everything Tim and the staff did for our loved one and us.

I cannot praise Parry’s enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They collected our dear son from London and despite me changing from a cremation to burial, nothing was too much trouble. All was handled with dignity and care. This sadly is our second time of using them and each time they have displayed the same professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From my initial phone call to Tim, I was shown empathy and compassion. I called Tim with questions regarding planning a funeral before my dad had passed away , as his death was expected . Tim was available to answer any questions and gave me good advice on what to do when the time came the I required his services. Myself and my brother visited Tim’s premises when the time came, which is a beautiful, calm environment . We were very well looked after, and Tim was clear and empathic when discussing the process. Some of my dad’s wishes were logistically not practical , and Tim was able to respectfully guide us with ideas and solutions to ensure we could stick to our dad’s plan as close as we could. Many attendees also complimented Tim to myself and my brother around his professionalism
And the dignified service he delivered . The team based in the premises were all lovely, kind and respectful, & always available to answer questions and help with queries. 
Tim’s limousine Chauffuers were kind and respectful and made the journey easier to cope with. There were many smaller details that made a huge impact on the day such as the funeral signs which go in the cars whilst on the final journey.  The tissues which were also available in the cars , and the little memory cards we received at the end of the funeral. A Huge thank you to Tim & all of his team for making a very difficult time, much easier to cope with.

My whole experience of using T J Parry's was brilliant... What an amazing young man Tim Parry is !!! Richard and Rachel Parry must stand 10 feet tall with pride to see how their son has revolutionised funeral services in our town.This was the last thing I could do for my husband so it had to be right !! I need not have had any worries Tim and his amazing team surpassed all my expectations, an immaculate comfortable funeral home , immaculate cars the team always immaculately dressed in respectful attire ,they all oozed respect , sympathy,love and empathy at all times . I knew my husband would be in safe caring hands with Tim when I chose him to carry out a fitting send off .
Because of my late husband's love of Manchester United Tim and his team all wore red ties , Manchester Utd lapel pins and red rose buttonholes Tim giving his lapel pin and buttonhole to our young grandson after the funeral... A small gesture but it meant so much to him . The funeral courtage drove past Rider House nursing home where my husband spent the last 2 weeks of his life , Tim got out of the car and stood with head respectfully bowed while staff from the nursing home stood to pay their respects .
We were guided by Tim through every step of my husband's care in the hands of Parry's team. Tim rang me the evening before the funeral to ask how I was and ask if I had any worries or concerns and to assure me his phone was on 24/7 if I needed to talk ...so much thought and kindness from such a caring young man with so much attention to detail like tissues in the cars , laminated memorial cards with a beautiful poem on the back , even though we had family and friends as our pall bearers Tim still provided his just in case any of ours didn't feel able to manage the task at the last minute...AMAZING
T J Parry's deserve every award , recognition and accolade the funeral service regulators can bestow on them .
Keep up your amazing caring work Tim and all of TJ Parry's team .
I cannot recommend this company highly enough .

As a family we would like to say a massive thank you to Tim and his team for the amazing care of our mum/nan (Nanny Spider) who we laid to rest on the 1st May 2024. 

Everyone within TJ Parry went above and beyond and ensured Nanny Spider had the best send off from the moment she went into there care to even after the time we laid her to rest.

Everyone was professional, made everything personal and nothing was ever to much trouble.

Celebrant Steve who carried out the service was everything and more and we couldn’t of asked for a better person to carry out the service. 

Everyone who attended Nanny Spiders funeral has said how lovely the service was and how incredible TJ Parry funeral directors are. 

As a family we would highly recommend TJ Parry and we would like to say a massive thank you once again for your time and ensuring our Nanny Spider had the best care.

Thank you Tim for helping us to create a beautiful send off for our Mum. The service we received was exceptional. From the very beginning, Tim showed a deep understanding of the sensitivity required in handling funeral arrangements.

The team at T J Parry were thoughtful and sensitive to our needs. Tim made us feel supported and comforted throughout the entire process. They were always available for any questions or concerns we had, and their communication was excellent. We especially liked the cuddles from Clay.

They went above and beyond to fulfil our request for a VW campervan hearse, which was absolutely perfect and added a personal touch to the funeral.

The funeral itself was incredibly moving and beautiful. Tim and his team ensured that every detail was taken care of, and the family was looked after with great care and compassion. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing a meaningful service was evident throughout.

I cannot thank Tim enough for guiding us through this difficult time and holding our hand every step of the way. The exceptional service made a world of difference, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral arrangements.

Thank you Tim for all your help and guidance at our mum’s funeral.  You were very kind and supportive.  We were especially touched that you walked in front of the hearse past Rider House Nursing Home (mum's home for over 4 years) where a lot of the staff were waiting to pay their respects.  
The laminated cards you gave us after the service was a lovely gesture.

Very professional from the first visit to arrange the funeral to the funeral itself. Could not fault anyone or anything. They added little touches such as wearing ties the colour of the deceased’s car as he was a classic car enthusiast. The service in the Chapel was excellent and very well received by the mourners. I would recommend them without hesitation.
