Dealing with a funeral is a difficult time, and we were very grateful for Murrays sympathetic and professional support.  They guided us through all the aspects very clearly with good explanations of options and good advice throughout, giving us confidence that everything would be dealt with in the right way and as we wished. On the day of the funeral the team were very professional and everything went to plan.

Murray's Funeral directors were responsible for organising the funerals of both of my parents who had sadly passed away this year. They handled the organisation in a professional and sensitive manner. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they dealt efficiently with any issues or alterations in the difficult circumstances of the Covid pandemic. Their experience in these matters shone through and their office staff were very pleasant and understanding at a time when families need it. Thanking all of your staff.

Murrays supported us through every step of the way, they were honest and upfront about costings as this was the first funeral we had arranged as we had no idea, Megan was always available and answered any questions we had, they did everything in a timely manner and were respectful of our feelings. They were very helpful and nothing was too difficult they found an appropriate vicar for our service and were very welcoming at their office in light of pandemic restrictions, they supported us with our needs, including allowing my sister to dress mums hair for the chapel if rest and their arrangements to spend time with mum privately was outstanding. I am grateful for how caring Danny was throughout the funeral, talking us through each section, calling us the day before to discuss family seating due to the pandemic restrictions at the crematorium and fetching and carrying the funeral floral tributes was very touching as this was done without hesitation, nothing was a problem. Danny even spent time answering quistions after dropping us at the wake which I'm sure he didn't have to do, but again no problem. Speaking on behalf of the family, I would recommend Murrays as a caring and considerate choice to support you through a very difficult time.

From the planning, through to the service, I cant thank you all enough for the attentiveness , support and guidance given. Barbara, Megan, Rebecca and Barry were professional, all of the time , with nothing too much trouble .
The service was just as we wanted it to be in the circumstances, and we sent mum to her final resting place in the most beautiful way that we could, On behalf of all of us Thank you .You made a painful day respectful, and beautiful just how mum would have wanted - Martin

Arranging a funeral is upsetting at the best of times but even more so  during these covid restrictions.
Becky, Megan & Barry were so lovely & supportive, nothing was too much trouble & no question too silly. Their kindness and genuine caring is obvious. Forever grateful.

We felt that we were very well looked after from start to finish. Everyone from Murray’s were very professional and helped us to achieve the best possible outcome. The funeral of Our Uncle   was very personalised due to Covid. I think going forward this is positive and better.

Murrays, provided us with a first class service, they were caring, sincere, approachable and treated us with respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their special touches made the day memorable and special for all of us as a family.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. The did an exceptional job under restrictive conditions.

Murray's were very caring and supportive, especially Becky and Danny, and were clear on what could and could not be done under Covid rules for funerals. Several of the mourners at the funeral commented on what a lovely, caring young man Danny was & were impressed with how he directed the funeral on the day. The family certainly second that. He gently guided us and made us feel that he had everything under control.

Murray’s we’re exceptionally helpful when I lost my aunt.  I’d never experienced having to plan a funeral before and felt quite overwhelmed by it all, but the wonderful staff talked me through each step and offered advice and guidance making it very straightforward for me.  They also accompanied me into the viewing room when I felt I could not do it alone, snd the funeral director on the day of the funeral made me feel at ease and talked me through what was happening snd what I needed to do.  They made a difficult time under difficult circumstances so much easier to bear.  I can’t thank thank them enough for their care.
