The Cherish team were helpful and friendly, they provided support and direction throughout the whole process, my mum was very pleased with the service and the assistance given at all the  stages. Those attending the service were also very complementary.

The reason i chose cherish was because of an earlier introduction. After my best friend passed away in april , she had already organised her direct cremation with cherish funeral directors. I went to visit her in the chapel of rest. the staff were so lovely ,making me feel comfortable before and after i saw her. My partner then became seriously ill so together we arranged a prepaid burial with cherish. I had a list of what my partner didnt want and i visited the burton shop. They took me into a relaxing room and made me a drink then we sat and went through the list, they even asked what colour cravats would i like the funeral bearers to wear. They made the plan for me and all easy to do,pay through bank then i took the information to show my partner who was suprised how quick it was. When my partner passed away,2 gentlemen from cherish came, one gave me a hug which i so needed. they explained what would happen next. Then my partner was in their care until the funeral. They kept me ... informed and if i had any questions i would pop in to the shop. They helped with daft things i knew nothing about too. The funeral was lovely, just what my partner asked for. The staff guided me through the whole process. From first entering the cherish shop to after the funeral, the staff were with me for everything. that means so much when you are left on your own to deal with it all. thankyou for being there, you really made my life easier.. more

James & Louisa are lovely. Very kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble. The precision to personal detail was excellent. The Order of service was wonderful, holding many precious memories to keep. I would definitely recommend Cherish to anyone.

Cherish Funeral Directors have been excellent. Everything they have done has been exceptional. Mel has been my main contact and she has been lovely and very helpful and professional but everyone who I have met have been very friendly and approachable. The seeds are a lovely added touch.
