The arranging of my Dad's funeral was fine and we felt comfortable to put Dad into their care, on the day of the funeral we became very anxious when the cars were running late, I phoned them to be told 'they set off ages ago", I wasn't waiting for a taxi I was waiting outside with my 90 Yr old Mum waiting for Dad, when they eventually turned up Vic said don't worry we have plenty of time, half an hr to get from Intake to Grenoside and obviously we were late, so no one led the herse in, we pulled up and was one big rush, James who took the service rescued the day and was amazing, he didn't look impressed and assured us that he wouldn't rush the service, on entering and with our music playing someone not sure who, shouted at the top of their voice to James when he was moving a chair so that mum wouldn't be stuck out in the Isle in her wheelchair, so disrespectful, and to finish off a photo that should have been on the screen wasn't there, we wanted it to be perfect and it was spoiled, can't go back and put it right, we were devestated.
