Ok excepti was phoned on the day and asked did I want extras  or should we just  get on with it my wife had requested no service of any kind i resent the implication that I did not care

Would have given more, but the problem with the coffin caused so much upset and stress. This should not be happening when you're going through so much at that time! It should be addressed with sympathy and compassion.

Everyone was very helpful and actually gave some good advice regarding some of the arrangements. The funeral care office kept me informed and had good communication. On the day of the funeral everything was on time and performed as expected. I would generally only use co op for funerals.

The whole process from the first visit to the office in Killamarsh up to and including the funeral itself was excellent . Vic, Dawn , Clare and their colleagues treated us with compassion and understanding and regularly asked if we needed anything further

Vic was amazing from the moment I called, there was no plan in place but Vic and his team collected dad within a hour after his passing.
We went to arrange his funeral and from the moment we walked through the door we felt and ease, Vic treated us with empathy and respect, we had a direct funeral but we was informed the date he would be cremated.
I would defiantly recommend Vic
