All the staff were very welcoming and did their best to sort us out.  A special thank you to Vic for going out of his way to come from a distance away too.  We felt confident having Vic as we had him for our mum last November, and he is lovely as well as efficient.  Also the Office staff, Diane and Carol, for being really helpful after Sam had left - especially with the flowers, as we had special requests.  The only down side was with Sam leaving, and with the holiday period, they were short staffed, but that wasn’t their fault.  And also your florist was very good in sorting out what we wanted, as well as the order of service people - someone commented that it was the best order of service they’d seen.  Kind regards Alison
