Sophie was very professional and helped me to choose a suitable coffin and flowers etc for the funeral of my elderly mother who had lived a full life. Apart from the sad parts we managed a celebration of her life that was appreciated by everyone that came to the funeral. DaveT

Kirsty the funeral director looking after our mum and ourselves couldn’t have been more professional, attentive or kinder. She arranged everything we asked for and always kept in touch. From the first appointment, we were given the best treatment. Everything was respectfully explained, and all options fully explored. My Mum left specific instructions how she wanted to be buried, and they took these in their stride - nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fantastic, and when printing deadlines were coming close I was reminded to supply my photo and make decisions on wording. The actual day went so smoothly, thanks to the attention to detail that was put in and their huge amount of experience of handling such events. Special thanks to Sophie who was our main contact and pulled everything together. I would recommend John Fairest in the blink of an eye.

Maria (who dealt with our grandfathers funeral) was fabulous from start to finish. She made us feel so relaxed and took good care of us. We was updated throughout with the booklets, to the service and more! I went to visit my grandad at the funeral home and he looked so well presented. Thank you for your services

They were both sensitive and responsive to our requests, they were clear and direct. we had a celebrant in mind already and they worked seamlessly with him to make the day come together.
if you need a funeral director, you could do a lot worse than use John Fairest but little better.
